We have been manufacturing cement and concrete for the development of Nigeria for over 60 years. Outside the oil and gas and telecommunications industries, Holcim is one of the largest foreign investors in Nigeria.
Our operations in Nigeria are in cement, mortar, readymix concrete and aggregates. We have installed cement production capacity of 4.5 million metric tonnes in Ogun State, 1 million metric tonnes in Gombe State, 2.5 million metric tonnes in Cross Rivers State and 0.5 million metric tonnes in Rivers State.
HBM Nigeria PLC is also the leading readymix concrete producer through our Readymix Nigeria operations in Lagos, Ewekoro, Abuja and Port-Harcourt, with plans to spread to other states of Nigeria in the near future.
